The Path of Meditation: Weekend Retreat

Our skilled meditation instructors will guide you through accessible and beginner-friendly practices, offering techniques to quiet the mind, cultivate inner peace, and enhance overall well-being. The retreat schedule allows for a gradual and nurturing immersion into meditation, ensuring that participants feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. Retreatants will be treated to simple yet delicious meals designed to nourish both body and soul, and have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals on a shared journey towards a more meaningful life.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat provides a gentle and supportive environment to allow the practice of meditation to transform you from within.

Schedule Details:
For those attending in person, registration is scheduled from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday evening, followed by an orientation and group practice at 7:30 pm. An additional check-in period is also provided from 8:00 to 8:30 am on Saturday morning, for those who are unable to attend Friday evening.
For online participants, the retreat officially commences at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 20th. The program will conclude for all participants at 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 21st. Recordings of the teaching sessions and Q&A sessions will be accessible for participants to review for one month following the retreat.

This retreat has been priced to cover the many costs that go into organizing such an event, which includes food, labor, supplies, and, of course, time. We strive to price our retreats to cover these costs, while leaving a modest amount of surplus to help us maintain our physical campus year-round.
