Lamrim Yeshe Nyingpo: Group Practice Retreat

We are delighted to invite you to join Phakchok Rinpoche’s upcoming online teachings amidst the beautiful fall landscape of Samye New York, from Friday, November 1st to Sunday, November 3rd.

Retreat Overview
Phakchok Rinpoche will offer profound instruction on the Lamrim Yeshe Nyingpo beginning on Friday morning, November 1st, continuing through to Sunday morning, November 3rd via Zoom. Each morning of teachings our group retreat will be complemented by a group sang offering, and the early evenings will be dedicated to Trinley Nyingpo practice. Healthy meals will be provided throughout the retreat.

Sangha members are welcome to arrive on Thursday evening, October 31st, and stay until Sunday lunchtime, enjoying simple and nutritious meals throughout—although you’re welcome to come for a shorter period of time if that’s all your schedule allows. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when completing the registration form.

Accommodations
We are pleased to offer accommodations in our newly insulated retreat rooms, which are cozy and warm even during the cold Cooperstown winters.

Daily Schedule
Friday, November 1st – Sunday, November 3rd

• 7:00 am – Breakfast
• 8:00 am – Lamrim Yeshe Nyingpo teachings with Phakchok Rinpoche
• 11:00 am – Sang offering
• 12:30 pm – Lunch
• Afternoons – Free time for discussion, wellness activities, or rest
• 4:30 pm – Trinley Nyingpo practice
• 6:30 pm – Dinner
• Evenings – Free time for discussion, wellness activities, or rest

Financial Support
The retreat fee is set to cover food, labor, and supplies, with a modest surplus to help maintain the Samye New York campus throughout the year. However, we are committed to accessibility.
